<div id="subtitle">Arizona Diamondbacks activate C Chris Snyder from DL</div><div><p>The Arizona Diamondbacks have activated catcher Chris Snyder from the disabled list.</p><p>In a corresponding move Tuesday, the club optioned catcher Luke Carlin to Triple-A Reno.</p><p>Snyder went on the 15-day disabled list on June 23 with a lower back strain. He was Arizona's opening-day catcher, but hit only .224 with five homers and 21 RBIs in 49 games before the injury.</p><p>Manager A.J. Hinch said Snyder will back up Miguel Montero, who is hitting .290 with nine homers and 31 RBIs.</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=55741318&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
