Man gets death penalty for 3 slayings in Phoenix

<div id="subtitle">Man convicted of 3 shooting deaths at Phoenix apartment complex in 2004 sentenced to death</div><div><p>Authorities say a man convicted of killing his grandmother, uncle and a family friend at a Phoenix apartment complex in 2004 has been sentenced to death.</p><p>Prosecutors say a Maricopa County Superior Court jury gave 29-year-old Eric Boyston the death penalty Tuesday. He was convicted in December of three counts of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder.</p><p>Authorities say Boyston got into an argument with his girlfriend on Feb. 2, 2004, and she was wounded in the shooting spree at his grandmother's apartment complex.</p><p>Killed was Alexander Boyston, Mary Boyston and Timothy Wright. One of Eric Boyston's aunts was shot and wounded.</p><img src="http://admatch-syndication.mochila.com/images/ad.gif?aid=68413194&bid=informcom" /></div><div id="copyright"><div>
